The main point of confusion is that the only way to buy the extra addons is through the Deluxe bundle. It tells all Oblivion owners that Deluxe is in their library, regardless as to whether this is really the case. As far as the Steam store is concerned, that means that owning GotY is the same thing as owning Deluxe ( even if you don't own the additional DLC). It simply lists out the DLC available for the game, so that Oblivion knows which plugin files are "official" and which ones aren't.ĭeluxe is GotY, but with additional DLC. Maybe they're removing the esps when you install the game, that is if you infact own the GOTY Deluxe edition There almost no reason why almost everyone else who legitmately owns the goty deluxe downloads the dlc just fine, but you somehow magically don't besides the fact you allegedly own the deluxe edition, but you only get standard GOTY dlc. At least for me it just comes under one name when viewed in my Steam library. Steam support can't confirm anything because the dlc is all tied to one thing they're not individualy listed. It's such a simple thing to do but yet you can't and/ or refuse provide us with that information. Please just check the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ receipt or check through your purchase history to see if it explictly says "Oblivion Game of the Year Deluxe" because it is too much of a coincidence that you'd only have the dlc from the standard goty version.
